"Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." Psalm 37:4
Real Life:
Dishes in my sink, laundry pilled up, tired eyes, and exhausted body. Yet, I have three sleepy babies in my home and just finished my Bible reading (a daily ritual).
I realize that many look upon me and question whether I am happy and whether I am content... thinking I'm a little nutty for having three kids in three years.
Psalm 127:3 "Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward."
But truly, I am blessed. I am content. I am the luckiest woman in the world. My GOD has blessed with a sweet godly husband and with three beautiful girls.
Being a mom is challenging... but everyday, it is rewarding and a joy! I love seeing my daughters discover the world around them. I love snuggling with them and giving them hugs and kisses. I love watching them learn and try new things. They have warmed my heart. I am blessed to be their mom. <3
Yes, I have moments of struggles, frustrations, and even tears... but I've grown through them and matured into the woman I ought to be. I'm grateful for the lessons they have taught me.
My husband and I have grown in our marriage. We have gone through struggles and trials, we have disagreed and been frustrated, but with God's help, we have fought for our marriage and have been overcome and are victorious! I love him so much and am grateful for everything he means to me. He is an amazing man.
(Hebrews 13:4) (Ephesians 5:21-25)
Seek God:
God has allowed me to read my Bible every day. When I do it first (priorities), he gives me much time and strength to complete my household tasks and even gives me a break as I need it.
When I honor Him and please Him with my every task, every work... He blesses my hands and takes care of me.
Have a strong Christian home. Raise your children together with your spouse. Do it with prayer and supplication, with strength and wisdom, with godliness and truth! :)
(Psalm 78:1-8) (Proverbs 14:1, 24:3-4) (Job 28:28) (Proverbs 31:10-31)
Yes, I am the Happiest I've ever been! :D
